License Agreement
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ADBKit on devices you own or control.
You may NOT

- • Reverse engineer or decompile
- • Remove proprietary notices
- • Use for illegal purposes
You MAY
- • Use for personal development
- • Install on your own devices
- • Manage your Android devices
- • Install APKs you own rights to
Acceptable Use
ADBKit is designed for legitimate Android development and device management. You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully.
- Only connect to devices you own or have permission to access
- Only install applications you have the right to install
- Respect the privacy and security of accessed data
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Android Debug Bridge (ADB)
ADBKit utilizes the Android Debug Bridge (ADB) tool provided by Google. Your use of ADB functionality is also subject to Google's terms for Android development tools.
Important Notice
- • ADB provides powerful access to Android devices
- • USB debugging may expose devices to security risks
- • You are responsible for actions performed through ADBKit
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
ADBKit is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of ADBKit or any damage to your Android devices.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect.
By continuing to use ADBKit after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
